Pre-Arrival
• We are a rural property and therefore are not close to public toilets, public transport.
• We do provide a streetmap of the county with details of places to eat.
• We do not have particular facilities for people with mobility impairments, visual or hearing impairments
• Guests can be provided with details of taxi service in the area
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Ample parking on gravel drive.
• Security/safety lighting
• Help with cases are always offered
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area
• Front door leads to reception area.
• Owners always present when guests arrive
• Owners can always be contacted by bell in reception area to their mobile phone when not available at the house.
Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc
• All areas well lit and carpeted
• No public telephone but can use owners if requested
• Stairs carpeted but steep with handrail

Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc
• Well lit large sitting room no steps to this area
